Litter Report form

Dear Breeder,

According to the Statutes of the KCHMPPP, the breeder is obliged to:

send the club information about the born litter within 5 days in the form of the Litter Report form. You have an online form at your disposal,
report the mating result to the owner of the stud dog,
after reporting the litter, agree with the breeding advisor on the date of the litter inspection,
after inspecting the litter and microchipping the puppies, apply for the puppies to be registered in the UKK studbook. The application must be submitted within 3 months of the puppies being born.
The form is also written out if the bitch was not covered and did not conceive.

From 1.1.2026, the UKK will only register puppies electronically. The platform www.skjonline.sk is used for registration.
