In connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), which is valid from 25 May 2018, we would like to inform you about the way in which personal data is processed.

The security of your data and its lawful processing is of paramount importance to us. When processing personal data, we are guided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the provisions of Act 18/2018 on the protection of personal data, as well as other legal regulations relating to the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy. In this way, we provide you with information on how we process your personal data and how we achieve its security. Your personal data is processed by the Hungarian Pastoral Dog Breeders’ Club, NGO, Boldog 1, 925 26 Boldog, Company ID: 42264499 (hereinafter referred to as KCHMPPP). We process your personal data within the framework of our lawful activities as an association within the meaning of Article 9, paragraph 2 d) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. We process your personal data on our own behalf and for recipients, such as a public authority – the State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Slovak Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic and other authorized entities whose interest is the management of companion animal breeding, specifically dogs, such as the Slovak Cynological Union and the Union of Cynological Clubs.

The required personal data registered by KCHMPPP, in addition to personal data such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, postal and e-mail address, nationality, also includes data related to the management of the breeding, namely the registered name of the kennel, registered breeding facilities for companion animals, data on the possession of registered dogs. We do not distribute or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, we do not use it for email campaigns of various products, or for profiling. We share your personal data only with superior cynological organizations to the minimum extent necessary for the management of the breeding and registration of membership in KCHMPPP. We process your personal data in paper or electronic form. We store them for the necessary period, max. 5 years after termination of membership, unless a special regulation specifies otherwise. The security of your personal data is very important to us. After the required archiving period has expired, or at your request, we will remove the data in paper or electronic form from our archives in an appropriate legal manner.

As a data subject whose personal data we process, you have the right to: access to data, to rectify it, to delete it, to restrict processing, to transfer data, the right to object, to file a complaint with the competent authority and the right to transparent communication. You can simply exercise all your rights by sending an email to kchmppp@gmail.com. We will deal with all your requests and inform you of the outcome of the processing in the same way as you submit the request.

These personal data protection principles enter into force on the date of their publication on 29.12.2024. The requirements for the protection of personal data or the method of their processing in our NGO may change in the future or cease to be current. For this reason, we reserve the right to change these principles. Any change will be published on our website without delay. If you disagree with the processing of your personal data, please contact the management of KCHMPPP, who will delete all your personal data and also ask all higher authorities and organizations to delete your personal data.
