Attach a scanned copy of their dog&#8217;s pedigree or a kennel registration certificate, if you own one. The club committee reviews membership applications individually.  <\/p><p>After the application is approved, the KCHMPPP will invite the interested party to pay the registration and membership fee to the club&#8217;s account IBAN: SK57 0200 0000 0050 7991 0455.<br>After the specified fees have been credited, the new member will be included in the club&#8217;s list of members, of which the club&#8217;s membership base will be informed.<\/p><p>Each member is obliged to notify the club of any change in their surname, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address. <\/p><p>If a club member needs to change or add a different breed to the list of members than they stated in the application, they will send the club&#8217;s <a href=\"mailto:posta@kchmppp.sk\">e-mail address<\/a> a
